About Pillar ABA:
Pillar ABA is owned and operated by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. At Pillar ABA, we specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services with individuals age 0-21 years old, diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Developmental Delays, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Adjustment Disorder, Down Syndrome, and additional disorders. We are located in Chester County, Montgomery County, and Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based applied science based on learning principles used to improve socially significant behaviors. ABA therapy in practice focuses on assessing the environmental influences on behavior through assessment-based intervention and data-based decision making. The goal is to increase behaviors that are helpful and decrease behaviors that are harmful or affecting learning

At Pillar ABA, we believe in treating the “whole” person. Our mission is to attain the most independence possible for the individuals with our individualized treatment plans. Our treatments entail creating skill acquisition programs that generalize across different settings and involve significant people in the individuals’ life.
We believe in the saying “it takes a village”, which is why intensive collaborations and training with parents, teachers, siblings, caregivers and other professionals, is the center of our treatments. We believe in involving others to gain and maintain lasting change in the individual’s life; everyone significant to the individual is part of our program.
Internship Opportunities:
Pillar ABA offers unique opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students to gain hands-on clinical experience. Our internship program is designed for individuals interested in pursuing a career in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and who are seeking a direct learning experience in a therapeutic setting. As an intern, you will become engaged in all aspects of our program, including therapy services, supervision, and overall knowledge of ABA. This is a multidisciplinary experience providing the ability to observe and assist in all areas of Pillar ABA’s mission.
Pillar ABA also offers administrative internship positions for students desiring to gain experience with case and service coordination. Administrative internships allow students to gain first-hand experience and understanding of service provision in the mental health field.
Fellowship Opportunity:
The fellowship program at Pillar ABA is a framework of guidance and support aimed at enhancing your career path toward becoming a BCBA. Our goal is to empower, motivate, support and prepare our mentees for their next career advancement. The fellowship program is set up for students to excel at work, in their studies as they attend graduate programs to study Applied Behavior Analysis.
