Who’s Hiring? 8 Organizations Working in Partnership With the AAPI Community

Who’s Hiring? 8 Organizations Working in Partnership With the AAPI Community was originally published on Idealist Careers.

Every year, the United States recognizes the rich histories and cultures of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders to commemorate the arrival of the first Japanese immigrants on May 7, 1843. As part of the recognition, lawmakers officially designated May as Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage month.

This month-long celebration invites us all to recognize the achievements of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders (AAPI), as well as offer allyship to the AAPI community whenever possible.

There are countless organizations across the social-impact sector that support this work through year-round action, from nurturing Asian American entrepreneurship to leading mentorship programs for immigrant youth. Here, we’ve rounded up eight organizations that have recently posted roles on Idealist.
