Enrollment Specialist
The Enrollment Specialist initiates health plan enrollment requests, then follows up, researches, and resolves payer or client questions to complete enrollment processes across dozens of provider groups and individual practitioners.

Responsibilities include:
– Researching, resolving and enrolling providers with various payers (health plans) across the US
– Completing health plan enrollment requests from application retrieval to request completion. This includes group and individual applications with commercial and managed payers, as well as Medicare and Medicaid
– Performs follow-up on enrollments in process (telephone, email, and web) and maintaining enrollment records in Tribunus’ tracking portal
– Resolve and identify payer enrollment issues
– Understanding specific application requirements for each payer and payer type, including prerequisites, form completions, and supporting documentation required by specialty (e.g. License, Commercial, CAQH, Medicare and Medicaid])
– Obtaining supporting documentation from clients and confirmations from payers
– Creating client updates and participating in client calls as needed
– Establishing close working relationships with clients, account executives and payer representatives in order to streamline future submissions and improve approval times
