American Paradigm Schools (APS) was formed on July 1, 2011 with the belief that ALL students are capable of learning, given the right tools, environment, family and community support, and motivation. APS currently includes: General David B. Birney Charter School, First Philadelphia Preparatory Charter School, Memphis Street Academy Charter School and Tacony Academy Charter School.
