2024-2025 Mentorship Program

Collective Success Network (CSN), a Philadelphia based nonprofit organization, is excited to announce a new format for our Mentorship Program this year.  As always, the program will be free for all first-generation and/or low income (FGLI) college students in the greater Philadelphia area.  Program participants will be matched with professional mentors (either for holistic or career-specific mentorship) and will be invited to a series of topical webinars and hybrid events as a complement to their 1:1 mentorship sessions.   Webinar Topics Include:• Expansive Thinking• Networking• Telling Your First Gen Story• Organization and Strategic Time Management• Self-Advocacy• Job Applications• Interviews• Professional Etiquette In addition, job-seeking students will receive help to apply for local summer internship opportunities reserved specifically for FGLI talent.   These internships will be open to enrolled students, and those graduating in May 2025.  The mentorship program will begin with a hybrid orientation session on Saturday, October 19, 2024, from 3 – 5 pm.     Students can apply for the program through Monday, October 7th at:https://bit.ly/2024CSNmentorship
