2025-2026 CSN Career Readiness and Mentorship Program

Collective Success Network (CSN), a Philadelphia based nonprofit organization supporting First-Generation and/or Low-Income (FGLI) college students, is excited to announce our new Career Readiness and Mentorship Program, designed to be tailored to the needs and interests of each individual participant.   The program offers holistic support navigating all aspects of college, along with targeted professional development and career counseling, including assistance with:
Resume review
Cover letters
LinkedIn profile
Internship/job search
Opportunities for job shadowing
Invitations to interactive panels
Training workshops
Networking with professionals in diverse fields
Support with graduate school applications
Career exploration for STEM students
