Spring 2026 Student Leadership Development and Training Program
Registration is now open for the all-virtual Collective Success Network (CSN) Student Leadership Development and Training Certificate Program teaches concrete leadership skills that are applicable in college, the workplace, and community-based settings AND empowers first generation and/or low income (FGLI) students to advocate for themselves and their peers. The design and content of the program is aligned with CSN’s core behaviors of Engage, Experiment, Care, Advocate and Level Up. Session topics include: individual leadership style assessments, creativity through improv and design thinking, mindfulness and meditation, facilitating high stakes discussions, and being an advocate for FGLI students.Sessions will be held via Zoom Thursday evenings, from 6:30 – 8 pmJanuary 29 through March 5, 2026 Students must commit to attending all 6 sessions.Students who complete the program will receive a certificate that they can include on resumes, cover letters and LinkedIn pages and may be eligible to receive a stipend of up to $250.
