Title: Business Development Administrator (Marketing, Sales & Business Strategy)
Location: Hybrid – Nashville-Based REQUIRED
Commitment: Part-Time (15-25 hours/week)

Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized and motivated intern to support the CEO with marketing, sales operations, and business strategy. This is a hands-on role that provides exposure to startup growth, financial tracking, and strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong analytical and communication skills, and is eager to learn about business strategy, marketing, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Strategy & Operations
- Assist in tracking key company metrics (revenue, sales pipeline, burn rate, etc.).
- Prepare weekly & quarterly reports summarizing performance trends.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Help with investor updates, financial projections, and internal reporting.
2. Sales & Marketing Support
- Collect and track SDR performance data (meetings booked, deals closed, revenue influenced).
- Maintain and organize CRM reports, lead tracking, and follow-ups.
- Assist with email marketing, social media content, and outreach campaigns.
- Research potential strategic partnerships, influencers, and promotional opportunities.
3. Executive Support & Organization
- Manage calendar scheduling, meeting prep, and note-taking.
- Organize files, presentations, and internal documents for streamlined operations.
- Create weekly executive summaries with key takeaways and upcoming priorities.
Success Metrics (How Performance Will Be Measured)
Accurate & timely tracking of SDR and company performance metrics.
Organized, actionable reports on sales, marketing, and business health.
Proactive support in marketing campaigns & business research.
Efficiency in assisting with executive tasks (meetings, scheduling, summaries).
Ideal Candidate
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets, Notion, or basic CRM tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in startup operations, live entertainment, and growth strategy.
