Position mission
Provides administrative and clerical support to others in the office to maintain an efficient office environment.
Main functions
The Intern will be responsible for the following functions:
• coordinate messenger and courier service
• administrative support of Legal, Human Resources and Finance area.
• monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required
• maintain office filing and storage systems
• type documents, reports and correspondence
• co-ordinate and organize appointments and meetings
• assist with event planning and implementation
• assist with execution and verification of payments to/from providers, vendors and clients
Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
