The Office of Student Engagement at Arcadia University is hiring a Graduate Assistant to support the H.O.M.E. (Housing, Opportunities, Mentorship, and Empowerment) Program. This position focuses on developing and facilitating programs that support the academic, personal, and leadership growth of students with historically underrepresented identities, particularly those with foster care experience. The Graduate Assistant will help plan events, build relationships with students, collaborate across campus, and foster an inclusive, trauma-informed environment that promotes belonging and student success. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, flexible, and eager to make a meaningful impact. A valid driver’s license is required, and applicants must be enrolled full-time (at least 6 credits) in a graduate program at Arcadia University.
