Arcadia University Student Program Ambassadors (SPA) work under the Office of Enrollment Management as representatives of Arcadia. The Student Program Ambassador position plays a key role in recruiting future Knights by connecting with prospective students, their families, and other guests to share diverse perspectives and campus experiences. Arcadia Student Program Ambassadors are enthusiastic brand ambassadors for the university. Student Program Ambassadors will be able to help educate prospective students about your academic department(s)and major by sharing your own stories and insights.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to prospective students via phone, email, text, and mailing.
- Participate and represent your academic department/major at on-campus and/or virtual recruitment events such as open houses, admitted student days, academic department sessions, and more.
- Provide testimonials and stories for use in communication, marketing and social media.
- Assist the day on campus program as needed by working as a host for prospective students to shadow you for a day
- Complete all required training meetings and activities.
- Participate in professional development opportunities throughout your time.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
