Arcadia University Student Ambassadors work under the Office of Enrollment Management as representatives of Arcadia. The ambassador position plays a key role in recruiting future Knights by allowing prospective students, their families, and other guests to meet current students with diverse perspectives and campus experiences. Arcadia Ambassadors are enthusiastic brand ambassadors for the university. Student Ambassadors will be able to help educate prospective students about campus life, history, traditions and achievements of the university by sharing their own stories and insights into Arcadia and its lived values.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct campus tours.
- Participate in on-campus and/or virtual recruitment events such as open houses, admitted student days, academic department sessions, and more as needed by the Office of Enrollment Management.
- Assist with office work such as phone calls, mailings, data entry, social media initiatives, etc.
- Assist the day on campus program as needed by working as a host with prospective students
- Complete all required training meetings and activities.
- Participate in professional development opportunities throughout your time in the program.
- Attend and participate in info sessions for prospective students, families, and tour groups.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Introducing opportunities for events-only Tour Ambassadors (conducting tours once or twice a month)
