Student photographer and videographers assist the Marketing and Communication Department in telling the story of life at Arcadia by covering events on campus, editing photos and videos, and managing media assets. Photographer/videographers will learn about the operations of university marketing and communications and will develop experience to improve their professional photography and videography skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Take photos and videos at events around campus
- Assist on set of photoshoots and videoshoots
- Edit photographs
- Edit videos
- Assist in strategy and planning of multimedia projects
- Assist in organizing digital media asset library

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or After Effects
- Experience with a detachable lens camera preferred, like a Canon, Sony, etc.
Duration of this position:
Student photographers/videographers can sign up to cover events (often early evenings and weekends) that fit in with their schedules and can also sign up for a regularly scheduled two-hour office shift that would be during typical working working hours (M-F 9-5).
