Full time positions in clinic Monday – Friday 7:30am- 3:30pm

Our ABA therapy incorporates the family systems while maintaining a highly individualized approach. We strive to ensure that skills taught in a controlled setting are generalized into the home and community setting. We believe that individual treatment plans should be just that–individual and truly match the needs of the learner and their family system.
We also provide consultative support to clinics, schools and counties.

This is the perfect place for you! Autism Services of Minnesota provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children ages 2-9 and their families in our Hugo clinic. You will get hands on training by very experienced professionals and will have continued support throughout your therapy sessions. We are looking for a compassionate, honest, quick learner who has a passion for the Autist community.
We are looking for a highly motivated, empathetic, resilient, and capable individual to help our team. The right candidate will have a detailed understanding of autism and strong communication skills. They will also be able to create a safe and comfortable working environment for our clients and experience managing small groups of children as well as documenting and evaluating their progress.
Required Qualifications
-minimum of 4,000 hours of supervised experience working with children with Autism or a related condition under the age of 21 (PCA hours may count in these hours)
OR
-enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s program in a psychology or related field
OR
-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or University in a psychology or related field
OR
-Enrolled in or completed a Master’s program in a psychology or related field
