Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team. The intern will support the sales and marketing department in executing various strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment while contributing to key projects.
Essential Functions:
· Support the marketing, product development, and customer experience teams on a variety of projects.
· Conduct market research to understand the wound care market, competitive landscape, and the reimbursement process.
- Shadow the marketing team in product development, creative, and public relations meetings.
- Help to conduct research and analyze survey data.
· Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, etc.).
· Develop content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters.
· Help manage and update the company’s CRM and customer databases.
· Monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends.
· Assist in planning and organizing promotional events and trade shows.
· Coordinate marketing materials for events and meetings.
- Assist with updating sales records and documents accurately.
- Working with their manager or a sales associate to complete assigned tasks.

Qualifications:
· High school diploma or G.E.D. required
- Interest in sales and market research in the Biomed space.
- Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in business or marketing.
- Must be heading into Junior or Senior year or are a recent graduate.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets or similar spreadsheet software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with users at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
