Sales Team Intern Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team as an intern. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the sales team with administrative tasks, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales to drive Boost’s commercial efforts.
- Work closely with Head of Strategic Partnerships to identify and engage leads across the B2B payments ecosystem.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline tracking sales activities and performances.
- Gain deep knowledge of Boost’s business and market within the industry.
- Leverage internal databases as well as external resources to generate market research reports in a timely manner.
- Coordinate appointments (conferences, calls, etc.) and follow up with clients.
- Attend client meetings and participate in training sessions to improve skills.
- Collaborate with other Boost departments to achieve assigned objectives and goals.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Passion for sales and eagerness to learn and grow.
