Responsibilities:
- Gain exposure assisting clients through business valuations, purchase price allocations, complex financial instruments valuation.
- Develop and communicate valuation projections.
- Present current valuation industry news to senior management on a regular basis
- Gain an understanding of client operations, processes and business objectives and utilize that knowledge to add value on Valuation engagements
- Perform market company and industry research in connection with ongoing engagements and business development activities
- Perform detailed financial analysis and interpret various financial and operational information
- Work closely with the project team to promptly resolve client issues
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or related fields
- Desire to pursue applicable professional certifications (e.g., CFA, ASA, ABV, CEIV, etc.)
- High level of expertise with computer skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent analytical, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Effective project and time management skills for handling multiple priorities and simultaneous projects
