Part-time position with the City of Santa Barbara CityTV, Channel 18. Video production experience required. Experience in television studio production and field production techniques. Ability to set-up and operate video cameras, laptop computers, large screen displays, projectors and other video production equipment and audio visual equipment for video shoots and public meetings. Editing experience using Adobe Premiere Creative Cloud or similar program. Direct, technical direct, operate character generator and audio mixer for televised public meetings. Ability to write and produce short video segments about City issues, services and programs. 16-20 hours per week.
