Concentus Summer Analyst Program – Outline:
• Our summer analyst program consists of being assigned to learn from & support one or two of Concentus’s core business units: Client Advice & Financial Planning; FinTech Platforms; Administrative Support; Marketing/Sales.
• Duration of program: 06/01/2026 – 08/15/2026
• Hours & Holidays: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Monday – Friday: national holidays recognized for time-off)
• Stipend: There will be a bi-weekly stipend of $1,500.
• Potential for hire position.
• Exact responsibilities will vary based on business unit assignment.
• Business unit assignments will be based on a combination of interview feedback, business needs, and the individual candidate skills/interests.
• Summer Analysts will report to one of our managing directors, as well as the head of the
business units to which he/she is assigned.
• Concentus does utilize the summer analyst program as an opportunity to identify new talent– based on individual candidate performance and Concentus’s overall hiring needs, full-time offers (for post-graduation employment) may be extended upon successful completion of the Summer Analyst Program.
• Conduct research projects, on client accounts or to maintain department industry research and report information
• Assist financial advisors in relationship management, client follow-up, administration and business development
Successful candidates will have the following:
• Proficient in working with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and demanding environment.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work with Concentus staff closely and effectively.
• Detail-oriented and thorough in completing projects/tasks.
• Intellectual curiosity and critical thinking skills.
• Self-starter, must have the initiative and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
