You will be supporting the business team that promote, sell and administer products and services that enable innovation in scientific development. This team (Marketing, Sales Support) is made of us product management, marketing communications/promotions, sales enablement and other professionals located at the Luminex division global headquarters in Austin, TX.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist in supporting business operations through assigned duties under Diasorin staff supervision.
- Shadow and network with employees on cross-functional teams to gain an understanding of overall company concept including the Diasorin brand, customers, product lines/goals and all other aspects of service.
- Provides ideas to grow and improve the business. Participates in department meetings and connect points.
- Participates in designated, business-focused projects to research, propose ideas and solutions and present a final Capstone project at the end of the internship.
Additional Responsibilities and Duties
- System Marketing Intern will assist with 50% of Business Analytics: SFDC Dashboards, Tableau consumption, usage or other trend analytics and 50% of Product Marketing: preparing 2026 product pricing, product documentation, instrument software features, bugs management and applying new Luminex branding to older documents and marketing communications.
Education, Experience, and Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in progress required. Currently enrolled in a University or College Program that is accredited. Preferred Area of Study:
- Business administration and management (Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Advertising, Communication)
- Computer and Information Sciences/Data Science/Market Research
- Software Development/Engineering
- Capable of working and communicating within a multi-site environment both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent Knowledge of
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Prefer data visualization such as Tableau
- Attention to Detail without losing site of the big picture
- Being A Team Player
- Operating with Professionalism

The hourly posting for this position is $20.00 Hourly. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. Beyond base salary, Diasorin offers a competitive rewards package focused on your overall well-being.
