About PHOENIX
The PHOENIX Internship Program is a 10-week, paid program that offers rising Junior and Senior undergraduates and graduate students the opportunity to work with and learn from experienced professionals while gaining exposure to a multi-brand retail company. The internship program provides hands-on experience in an area of interest and cross-functional collaboration while developing valuable professional skills.
PHOENIX Retail, LLC is a Direct-to-Consumer platform operating EXPRESS and BONOBOS in the United States. Grounded in a belief that style, quality and value should all be found in one place, Express is a brand with a purpose – We Create Confidence. We Inspire Self-Expression. – powered by a styling community. Bonobos is a menswear brand known for being pioneers of exceptional fit and a personalized, innovative retail model. The Summer 2025 Internship Program occurs from June 2nd to August 8th. This internship is located at our Columbus, Ohio Headquarters.

Responsibilities
- Promote and communicate the employee value proposition through various platforms and across our brands
- Compile employer brand and associate experience metrics to identify trends, insights and opportunities
- Support the production of content (written, visual & video) to help us achieve our employer brand, talent acquisition and early in career goals
- Help build associate experience and recognition program s to celebrate and amplify our associate stories
- Support candidate sites (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed , career site) with day-to-day management and engagement to influence how we are perceived as an employer to drive talent attraction
- Use internal & external research to support in the development of candidate personas to attract and retain strong talent
- Find creative ways to attract and source candidates, conduct interviews, gather feedback, and build relationships with candidates throughout hiring process
- Assist in refreshing hiring assets to support talent acquisition needs and develop new tools and techniques to network and engage with candidates
- Recommend new ideas and creative approaches to help us innovate and advance our employer brand, associate experience and talent acquisition footprint, ultimately becoming an employer of choice
Requirements:
- Availability to work full time ( 40 hours per week)
- Preferred GPA at or above 3.2
