GTVNOW is a bold, Dallas-based streaming network bringing fresh, high-quality, original content to the screen. With five dynamic channels and a growing viewer base in the DFW area, we’re building a platform that celebrates culture, community, and creativity.
We’re looking for sharp, motivated team members to help us grow our advertiser and sponsorship base by connecting with local and national brands that want to reach our audience.
Your Role:
As a Media Sales & Partnerships Associate, you’ll help drive revenue by introducing GTVNOW to potential advertisers, sponsors, and brand partners. You’ll pitch commercial slots, product placements, event collaborations, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify local and national businesses that align with our audience
Research, pitch, and follow up with advertising and sponsorship leads
Help build sales materials, rate cards, and media kits
Assist in negotiating and closing ad deals and partnerships
Track leads, meetings, and conversions using CRM tools
Collaborate with marketing and production teams to align offers with content
Represent GTVNOW at networking events, expos, and industry mixers (as needed)
Ideal Candidate Traits:
Strong communicator with confidence in pitching ideas
Creative and media-savvy – understands how content and brands can work together
Professional and persuasive, with an entrepreneurial mindset
Organized and goal-driven with follow-through
Passion for media, entertainment, or advertising
Comfortable talking to business owners, brand reps, and agencies
Bonus: Experience in sales, marketing, or sponsorship outreach
