Cecil Park Records is a boutique record label dedicated to developing emerging artists and shaping culture. We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a Junior Designer & Creative Lead to oversee social media branding and creative direction for our artist roster. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about music, design, and storytelling and can establish a strong, cohesive brand identity across platforms.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for both the label and its artists across all digital platforms.
• Lead creative direction for the artist roster, ensuring their branding, social media presence, and marketing materials align with their sound and image.
• Design compelling social media content, including graphics, motion design, and branding elements, for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with artists and management to create album artwork, promotional assets, and campaign visuals that reflect their artistic vision.
• Stay informed on trends in music, social media, and design, ensuring Cecil Park Records and its artists stay ahead of industry standards.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for rollouts, merch drops, and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee photo and video shoots, providing creative input on styling, aesthetics, and direction.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of the music industry, artist branding, and current cultural trends.
• Experience in social media content creation and brand strategy.
• Basic motion design or video editing skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple creative projects.
• Experience working with artists, musicians, or music brands is highly preferred.
