As a Supply Chain Intern at Campbell Fittings, part of the Ideal Tridon Group family, you will assist our Flow Connections division with key job assignments and contribute to critical business projects under the direct support of your intern manager/mentor. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, inventory/materials management, distribution planning, global sourcing and ERP/MRP systems support.

What will you be doing and should expect to get out of this opportunity
- Heading the development of a North American distribution network utilizing other Ideal Tridon branches as well as a 3PM partner in Canda
- Identify the speed to market for each site, inventory levels/turns, and other key shipping metrics for NA distribution network
- Developing the internal replenishment plan for our main warehouse in Boyertown PA. including stock settings and shipping cadence
- Heading the development of a global sourcing plan. This includes but is not limited to: (1) identifying key areas of opportunity to increase suppliers’ capacity by offloading product to other suppliers, (2) working to understand supplier capacity and capabilities while also balancing costs and internal manufacturing abilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
- Intern will work on projects designed to help them gain real-world, hands-on experience in multiple supply chain functions

Required Education and Experience
- Currently enrolled in a BA or BS in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience in a Manufacturing environment a plus.
- Required GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong desire to become a Supply Chain Professional
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills with top-notch follow-up and follow-through.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools a plus.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
