Job Summary:
Innovia Law is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Sales/Client Intake Specialist to manage client onboarding and initial consultations. This multifaceted role is designed for individuals adept at engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and facilitating a seamless intake process. The main component of this position involves calling on leads to convert them into clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop client relations and sales skills in a supportive, virtual setting.
Key Responsibilities:
– Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive initial experience.
– Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs and determine the appropriate legal services required.
– Manage the client intake process, including gathering necessary documentation, scheduling consultations, and maintaining accurate records.
– Develop and implement outreach strategies to attract new clients and generate leads.
– Call on leads to convert them into clients, focusing on building rapport and understanding their legal needs.
– Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth transitions from intake to ongoing case management.
– Utilize virtual tools and software for effective client communication, documentation, and management.
– Follow up with potential clients to answer questions, provide updates, and address any concerns.
– Maintain a detailed client database, ensuring all information is current and accurately recorded.
– Continuously seek opportunities to improve the client intake process and overall client satisfaction.

– Experience or a strong interest in legal services, sales, and client relations, with prior experience seen as advantageous.
