A day in the life:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with agency departments and clients to achieve brand objectives through effective and inclusive communication.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through research, active listening, and regular meetings to deeply understand their businesses and organizations.
- Receive guidance, feedback, and support through close collaboration with your team, manager, and mentors.
- Contribute to project development by creating business requirement documents, interaction flows, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, and functional specifications.
- Leverage industry-leading design tools, such as Omnigraffle, InVision, and Axure, to enhance design processes and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Expand your professional network through group projects, client presentations, and networking opportunities with various IPG Health teams.
What you will need:
Education: Rising junior, senior, or recent graduate from an accredited college or university with a degree in a related field (advertising/marketing or design-related preferred).
Key Qualifications:
- Portfolio of work demonstrating creative ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, active listening, cross-functional collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with experience design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, XD, Adobe Suite, Invision, Axure).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
$19/hr + overtime eligibility
Availability Requirements:
To ensure a comprehensive and immersive experience, we require our interns to be available to work a full-time schedule during the internship period. Please note the following:
Duration: June 9 – August 8, 2025 (9 weeks)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (full-time, 40 hours/week)

Work arrangement options:
We’re excited to offer internship experiences that cater to your individual needs and preferences! Choose from two format options when you apply:
Option 1: Fully Remote
- Available to those living within and outside a commutable distance (100 miles from the office)
- No in-person days!
- Must work from your approved remote location (normally your home) 100% of the time
Option 2: Hybrid
- Only available to those able to live within a commutable distance for the whole program (100 miles from the office)
- Split your time between remote work and in-person collaboration at our NYC Midtown office (2-3 times a week)
