About the Role
Kinetic is seeking a dedicated and motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine team at our Chester Springs Clinic. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions in a supportive, collaborative, and energetic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with various orthopedic and sports-related injuries.
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to optimize patient recovery and performance.
Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapy aides, operations staff, and marketing team members.
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in compliance with professional and organizational standards.
Contribute to the clinic’s culture of teamwork, positivity, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain).
Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
