INTERNSHIP OBJECTIVES:
The Technology Intern will gain a foundational knowledge of how the Analytics and Technology Department functions within PBSd to achieve and exceed company goals. This person will gain an understanding of various software platforms and how they support said business initiatives. This person will learn to navigate and document internal processes providing efficiencies to drive success for technology operations and PBSd overall.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gain familiarity with the structure and workflow of our technology operations.
Assist in organizing, cataloging, and documenting software systems and services.
Manage and support the technology library of knowledgebase articles.
Assist with documentation of business processes for company-wide assets.
Communicate progress of technology initiatives.
Other projects and duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Computer Science, Information Science, Communications, or similar major
Rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior (Undergraduate)
Detail-oriented with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Intermediate or Advanced skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
