Pearl & Hoyt is seeking motivated college students and recent graduates interested in gaining hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer engagement while representing nationally recognized brands across New Jersey.
Pearl & Hoyt is an A+ Better Business Bureau–accredited sales and leadership development firm based in New Jersey. We partner with nationally recognized brands to execute high-visibility, in-person sales campaigns within established retail environments across the state.
This opportunity allows students to build practical professional skills, gain exposure to business operations, and work in a collaborative team environment.
What You’ll Do
- Represent nationally recognized brands in partnered retail locations across New Jersey
- Engage with customers, answer product questions, and assist with new customer sign-ups
- Build rapport with customers through professional, relationship-focused interactions
- Present products and services based on customer needs
- Track customer activity and performance using Salesforce CRM
- Work alongside a team in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment

- Reliable transportation to assigned work locations
No previous sales experience is required — training is provided.

Training & Support
Team members attend training sessions three mornings per week at our office located at Bell Works in Holmdel, NJ.
Training focuses on:

- Product and brand knowledge
- Sales and marketing fundamentals
Compensation
This is a W-2 employment position.
$16/hour guaranteed base pay OR weekly commission — whichever is higher, paid weekly
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
