Are you a passionate and dedicated Child Care Teacher looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Phoenixville Area Children’s Learning Centers is seeking teachers and assistants to join our team!
For almost 60 years, Phoenixville Area Children’s Learning Centers Center has provided early childhood education to the children and families of Phoenixville. Our committed teaching staff, directors, and administrators collaborate with families to create a safe, educational, and fun setting for all children.
Position Highlights:
- Role: Teachers and assistants
- Environment: Team-oriented, fun, rewarding
- Pay: up to $24.00 per hour, based on experience and education
- Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care that meets the needs of each child
- Ensure a safe, healthy learning environment
- Implement PACLC’s approved Curriculum (Creative Curriculum)
- Collaborate with team members to support children and families
- Foster a nurturing learning atmosphere
- Encourage creativity through art, music, and play
- Plan and conduct activities that promote self-esteem and social skills
- Participate in staff and training meetings
Qualifications:
- background in early childhood education or related field
- 2 years of relevant experience in early childhood education
- Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs and engage in various physical activities
