This is a content creation internship – we must see up-to-date examples of content you have filmed & edited – whether they are music videos, short films, instagram reels or tiktoks.

Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Brainstorm and develop engaging content ideas that align with Leo’s unique brand and musical style.
Filming and Editing: Film TikToks and Instagram Reels, ensuring high-quality visuals. Edit videos to fit the style and tone of Leo’s visual brand.
Photography: Take captivating photos during studio sessions, live performances, or behind-the-scenes moments. Edit photos for social media use.
Caption Writing: Craft compelling captions that reflect Leo’s voice and connect with the audience.
Social Media Management: Assist with posting, scheduling, and monitoring content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and recommend innovative ways to engage with the audience.
Collaborative Brainstorming: Work closely with Leo and his team to plan and execute social media campaigns.
General Assistance: Support Leo with additional social media-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Youtube & other social media platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) and photo editing software (e.g. Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting captions and engaging with followers.
- Ability to film and edit high-quality videos using a smartphone or camera.
- A creative mindset with the ability to brainstorm and execute unique content ideas.
- Passion for music and understanding of the music industry is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- BASED IN LA, and able to travel.
