What You’ll Do:
- Speak with Qualified Small Business Owners: Understand their unique business needs and guide them to the best product that suits their needs.
- Build Relationships: Develop quality, long-lasting relationships with clients across the country.
- Collaborative Sales Environment: Work alongside other Inside Sales Representatives in a supportive, team-focused setting.
- Extensive Training: Participate in ongoing product, industry, and sales training to enhance your skills.
- End-to-End Sales Process: Work closely with Senior Inside Sales Representatives during the closing process, facilitating everything from prospecting to closing.
- Research & Analysis: Assist in analyzing business financials, market trends, and lending opportunities.
- Data Management: Help organize and maintain client files, loan applications, and financial documents.
- Marketing & Outreach: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance Credit Banc’s online presence and outreach efforts.
- Special Projects: Contribute to strategic projects aimed at enhancing the company’s services.
What We’re Looking For in an Inside Sales Representative:
- Driven and self-motivated with a strong, outgoing personality (People person).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills.
- Comfortable conducting business over the phone and in person.
- Passion for contributing to the company’s continued growth.
- Committed to professional development and open to coaching.
- Inside sales experience is a plus.
- Financial background with an emphasis in sales is a plus.
