Moyle takes pride in their work and their people. As a full-service construction company, every project is tailored to fit customers’ needs. If you’re ready to lead a crew, take ownership of projects, and work on exciting builds, this may be a perfect fit for you.

WHAT WE OFFER.

  • $30.00 – $40.00 per hour starting wage based on your experience.
  • Regular overtime occurrences boost your earnings to approximately $80,000+ annually.
  • Discretionary bonus based on personal contributions and company results.
  • Health insurance including dental and vision coverage; family plans available.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
  • Paid time off.
  • Company vehicle, fuel card, and cell phone.
  • Opportunity for professional growth – we are growing rapidly and are excited to develop our team.
  • Interesting and challenging projects generally working Monday-Friday. Flexibility on work hours required based on project needs.
  • Company-paid hotel accommodations and up to $200 per week in per diem for out-of-town work.
  • Relocation assistance, if needed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO.

As a Mason Foreman, you’ll be in charge of leading a hardworking crew, making sure masonry projects are completed on time, safely, and with top-notch quality. Your days will include:

  • Laying brick, block, and stone for walls, foundations, and structures.
  • Reading blueprints and ensuring work meets specifications.
  • Planning and scheduling work to keep projects on track.
  • Training and mentoring your crew (6–10 team members).
  • Enforcing safety practices and ensuring a safe job site.
  • Traveling to job sites across the Upper Peninsula as needed. Travel will be based on project needs.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

We need a strong leader with solid masonry skills and a great work ethic. The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years of masonry experience (brick, block, stone).
  • Experience leading a team and managing projects.
  • The ability to read blueprints and follow specifications.
  • A commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship.
  • Equipment experience (like saws, mixers, scaffolding) is a plus.
  • A valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
  • Willingness to travel and be available as needed, typical of the concrete industry.
