Our leasing division has grown exponentially over the last decade and we continue to grow and are currently hiring. Our firm is currently seeking Leasing Agents and Brokers to work with our large database of prospective downtown renters (and buyers if you are a licensed broker) . No pre-existing licensing is required—we can license and train any new Leasing Agent so they can start working and generating income right away.Note- please include your LinkedIn page on your resume or through email if you have linkedin. Again, to become a leasing agent you DO NOT NEED A LICENSE to start, as you can operate under our brokerages for the first 120 days before getting a leasing license.
The Chicago rental market has been booming with an explosion of thousands of new Downtown apartments that need to be leased. Leads are provided by the company and comprehensive training is given. The opportunity for growth with our firm exists. We have a large presence in residential sales and we have assisted many of our Agents in building this portion of their business. Our company is also very involved in commercial transactions and many of our agents ultimately get involved with sales and leasing commercial properties. We provide a great umbrella for our Agents to customize their Real Estate careers in a manner that meets their goals.
