Job Description:
SuperDville is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Project Coordinator to assist the team with project development, marketing, and administrative tasks. We are looking for a proactive individual who is eager to learn and take responsibility for the various facets of the company. As Project Coordinator, you will be vital in ensuring the smooth success of projects from start to finish.
We are looking for someone willing to have a dynamic role, work closely with the team, and have a can-do attitude. We are keen to help you grow and would be open to tailoring the role (and role name) based on your interests and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Development
- Coordinate with the team and contractors as required by each project
- Pilot our exciting new projects; Zoom groups with parents and kids who have Learning Differences
- Marketing
- Assist in publishing the monthly newsletter
- Assist in publishing the monthly blog
- Support the creation of social media content
- Administrative
- Filing invoices and receipts
- Tracking orders and subscriptions
- Monitoring and upkeep of the yearly/monthly budget
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Gsuite, Canva, Mailchimp
- Video editing experience not required but if you have those skills there will be opportunities to use them
- Interest in Education
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
