What You’ll Do:
- Support daily logistics operations by communicating with customers and carriers
- Track shipments and help ensure loads move as planned
- Provide timely updates and help resolve issues as they arise
- Work closely with the Logistics Operations Manager and operations team
- Learn how TCW coordinates freight across multiple services and partners
This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role where strong communication matters.
