This is a Part-Time, Unpaid Summer Internship.
A music publishing, consultancy, talent management, and development boutique label, Thursdays At Midnight, is developing the next era of artists.
We are looking for an intern interested in the music business, such as A&R, PR, sync, management, publishing, distribution, pitching, licensing, and more. This is a great way to make valuable connections and to develop your skills.
Here’s what you’ll experience:
As an intern, you’ll be fully immersed in the daily operations of all things music business from day one. You’ll attend strategic meetings, contribute to solving key business challenges, and offer fresh ideas and perspectives to help drive Thursdays At Midnight’s success.
You’ll also gain access to meaningful development opportunities & how to build meaningful relationships with those within the music business, which you can take with you to help develop your own management, label, or support you in your future endeavors.
Thursday’s is looking for someone:
- Currently pursuing an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Graduate degree
- Current experience in the music business or eager and fast to learn
- Self-starters with a genuine curiosity for how the business works
- Available to commit up to 15-20 hours per week during the summer
- Knows how to prospect and find potential prospects for pitches and can communicate effectively
- Tech savvy, preferably someone familiar with Excel/Sheets, LinkedIn, etc.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- A strong passion for and understanding of the music industry
- Demonstrated leadership experience, whether on campus or beyond
- Existing knowledge of the music business with a focus on the Pop genre, the Nashville scene, music blogs, DSPs, and relationships within.
