Advice: My best career advice is to find a career and position that allow you to show up authentically as yourself to work everyday. The benefits of this are immense, including improving your mental health, building strong networks at work, and being allowed to highlight who you are within the work you do. To do this, it is important to do your research and also to treat interviews in a reciprocal manner. You also should be coming prepared to ask important questions that show you the culture and environment of the organization you are interviewing with!
