I am an Adjunct Faculty and Doctoral Fellow in the Social Action and Justice Education (SAJE) program at Arcadia University. As a Black, female, Education Doctoral student, I understand the importance and significance of having a mentor during my journey. Being a Career Influencer has given me the ability to be a form of representation in the field of education for those students with similar paths as myself. Becoming a Career Influencer has also been an active way of being the change I want to see within the field of education.
