“The e3 career action plan was very beneficial for my personal and career development! I learned what career options would fit my personality best, ways to connect and network with potential employers, and reflected on the skills I developed and can bring into the workplace. Many of the tasks are done to benefit the future version of yourself, and it is especially exciting to work on them now to be prepared after being at Arcadia. I gained access and knowledge about many different resources that I was unaware were available to me. I also created a professional resume and cover letter, did a practice interview, and strengthened my LinkedIn and Handshake profiles to connect with future employers! This definitely helped me become more prepared for what is to come after graduation, and I am so thankful that I had this opportunity!”
