TypeFocus is an online career development program that will assess your personality, interests, skills, and values so you can choose careers that best fit your natural strengths. After completing the assessment, you’ll be given a tailored list of careers (and their corresponding majors at Arcadia!) that MATCH your personal assessment results.

Along the way, you will walk through 6 Steps to learn how to develop professional competencies, how to communicate effectively based on your personality type, and how to apply your new knowledge about yourself to land the job of your dreams.

Arcadia students and alumni may visit: www.arcadia.edu/Typefocus and create their own account using Access Code: “ArcadiaOCE“.

Accessing Your TypeFocus Records — Previous Users

If you have already taken the TypeFocus assessment (prior to May 2020) and need to retrieve your assessment results, visit www.arcadia.edu/TypefocusArchivedData and log in with your previously created username and password.  ***NOTE: If you’d like to re-take your assessment and access the NEW TypeFocus tools and resources, visit www.arcadia.edu/TypeFocus (Access Code: ArcadiaOCE)
