Under the supervision of the BDVP Medical Advocacy Supervisor, the IPV Specialist is primarily responsible for providing individual and group counseling services and advocacy for intimate partner violence (IPV) survivors and their families as part of a hospital-based IPV prevention and response program. The IPV Specialist also provides training, technical support, and program development within their hospital site as part of the Medical Advocacy program. The IPV Specialist will be based out of the Temple University Health System, with one day per week spent at the Lutheran Settlement House main office. *On-site coverage pending hospital, agency, and city COVID guidelines.
