Black Lives Matter

The Office of Career Education team members are devoted ADVOCATES of the Black Lives Matter Movement to fight for freedom, liberation, and justice. We are COMMITTED TO BEING BETTER, examining our own privilege, the ways our complacency has caused harm, and the changes we must make. We are UNITED with the Black community and corroborate the call for meaningful, anti-Black/anti-racist systemic change. We are dedicated to UPLIFTING BLACK STUDENTS and challenging our own structures, policies, perspectives, and behaviors. We VALUE DIVERSITY and we are dedicated to educating our community about equity and inclusion. We will do better. We will be better.

Alison LaLond Wyant

Executive Director, Civic & Global Engagement and Office of Career Education

I love helping students connect the dots from their experiences at Arcadia to the world beyond campus. I lead the teams that support career exploration, student employment, study abroad, international student services, local community service, and getting out the vote. You can find me at the Civic & Global Engagement House or at the Office of Career Education depending on my schedule. And follow my teams on Instagram @arcadiabeyondcampus.
