Talent Operations Intern

As a Talent Operations Intern, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our new hires and internal stakeholders. You’ll work closely with HR, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers to manage day-to-day processes, all while prioritizing candidate satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Onboarding Excellence: You’ll be the guiding light for our new hires, ensuring they smoothly transition into their roles. Your attention to detail and commitment to a positive candidate experience will set the tone for their journey with us.
- Escalation Resolution: When challenges arise, you’ll step in swiftly to address them. Balancing compliance and efficiency, you’ll find solutions that keep our processes running smoothly.
- Documentation Management: Maintaining accurate end-user training documentation is essential. You’ll ensure that our resources are up-to-date and accessible.
- Process Administration: From system setups to screenings and I-9 verifications, you’ll handle various aspects of our onboarding process. Your meticulous approach will guarantee data accuracy.
- Audits and Analytics: Regularly auditing our hiring, transfer, and redeployment processes, you’ll identify areas for improvement. Collecting data for analytics and reporting will be part of your routine.
- Data Privacy Champion: Safeguarding sensitive information is paramount. You’ll uphold data privacy standards at all times.
- Physical Requirements: You’ll meet the physical demands of the role, which may include standing, lifting, or other activities as needed.
- Additional Responsibilities: As part of our dynamic team, you’ll take on other duties as assigned, contributing to our overall success.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience using computer systems to track progress and complete assigned tasks accurately.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. You’ll interact with various stakeholders daily.
- Microsoft Savvy: Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Process-Oriented: You follow instructions meticulously and thrive in structured processes.
- Problem-Solving: You have an eye for detail and can identify and report process gaps.
