- Leads, manages and coordinates a wide variety of complex projects. Projects are typically multi-year, multi-jurisdictional, highly visible, inter-agency in nature, unique, new and/or evolving.
- Develops complete project plans and provides advisory, planning, and technical services to management in initiating, designing, planning, staffing, implementing, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing out projects.
- Defines main objectives and milestones, purpose, scope, identifies key internal and external stakeholders, and serves as the primary point of contact for any issues or discrepancies.
- Establishes, leads, directs, and coordinates the project team to accomplish project objectives including providing day to day oversight of the projects.
- Coordinates with third part contractors regarding project management schedule and products.
