Program Experience
CSL’s Intern Program is a hands-on experience that showcases the daily innovation and operations of a leading biotechnology company. Our environment is collaborative, global, and purpose-driven. The intern experience will immerse students in meaningful, thought-provoking projects that contribute to CSL’s promise to save lives and protect the health of people around the world. In addition to making an
impact, students will be developed personally and professionally while cultivating meaningful relationships.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to generate content for CSL communications channels.
- Assist in developing and facilitating pilot focus group materials.
- Problem Solving: Address challenges related to assignments and projects and develop mitigation strategies.
- Documentation: Document meetings, training and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration beyond the DEI Center of Excellence.
- Research DE&I best practices, trainings, and procedures to effect continuous improvement of DE&I programming and efforts.
- Assist with building and roll-out of internal DE&I Resource Center & DE&I Event Playbook.
- Assist with preparation for and execution
- of special events/programming related to DE&I.
- Support Talent Marketing and DE&I Communications Partner on adhoc basis.
- Professional Development: Engage in learning opportunities offered during the assignment term.
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a 4-year university with progression toward an undergraduate degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field
- High personal interest in DE&I
- Knowledge of data privacy, employment related compliance needs and organizational behavior.
- Experience working with DE&I committees, and external community partners (Preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams.
