As a Junior Account Manager at Green Gate Consultants, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our client relationships and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the Account Management team to ensure client satisfaction, identify new business opportunities, and assist in executing strategic account plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as a primary point of contact for their needs and inquiries.
- Account Analysis: Monitor account performance, and provide regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align strategies and drive customer success.
- Identify Growth Opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling based on client needs and market trends.
- Problem-Solving: Address client concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights to clients.
Qualifications:
