Shifts:
Saturday and Sunday:
- Morning Shift: 6am-11am CST or 7am-11am CST
- Evening Shift: 6pm-11pm CST or 7pm-11pm CST
- Must work a morning shift and evening shift on both Saturday and Sunday
Education Requirement: Must have completed (or be currently enrolled) in a 4-year college degree with a business-related major (or MBA)
Pay: $18/hr

Our team is looking to bring on customer-obsessed, night owls and energetic remote customer service representatives to answer inbound calls and complete quick Health and Lifestyle questionnaires with customers via phone.
This role requires that you be friendly, upbeat, patient and understanding on every call — no high pressure here — and that you have superb script-reading abilities.
What You’ll Need:
- Residency in AL, AK, AZ, AR, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD,TN, TX, UT, VT, VA,WA, WV, WI, or WY is required as is a current, valid driver license that matches your current residence address
- Availability to work nights, weekends.
- Ability to read scripts clearly and verbatim in order to render our famous customer service the right way
- Positive “customer-first” attitude – we’re huge customer advocates and will expect you to treat every caller as if they’re a long-lost cousin.
- Strong sense of internal motivation – coachability is a must!
- A completed or in-progress 4-year degree in business, economics or a business-related major

- Work mornings and evenings on weekends
