Teach For America (TFA) is a leadership development organization for those who want to co-create a more just world alongside young people in their communities. Teach For America offers a two-year training and certification program that recruits and supports some of the most passionate, equity-minded leaders to work as full-time, classroom teachers in low-income communities within the US. TFA corps members forge close-knit relationships working in partnership with parents and other educators to empower their students in the classroom, while collaborating with other equity-minded leaders to reimagine our education system.
